1. Shipping

• Free shipping on every order to the continental United States.
• Typical delivery time: 7–15 business days from order confirmation. During high-demand periods, delivery may take a little longer.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

2. Guaranteed delivery

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed more than 20 days, we'll reship your order or refund you in full, your choice. Email us at info@vigiasolar.com with your order number.

3. 90-day money-back guarantee

We voluntarily offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. If the lights don't work out for you, email us and we'll refund your purchase in full through your original payment method, at no return cost to you.

4. 3-year limited warranty

All VigiaSolar products carry a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunction of the light unit, solar panel, battery, sensor, and remote control. If a unit fails within the warranty period, we'll send a replacement at no cost.

5. How to request a return or replacement

1. Email info@vigiasolar.com with your order number.
2. We'll confirm your request and next steps within 24 business hours.
3. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your request.

6. Sales tax

Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
